For thousands of years, people have been crossing and selecting plants that have shown advantageous characteristics such as higher yields or larger fruits due to spontaneously occurring mutations. The methods for doing this have evolved greatly in recent years and now allow for a much faster and more targeted breeding process.
What are the differences between crossbreeding, mutagenesis, classical genetic engineering and genome editing?

Let's talk about it!

We look forward to seeing you there!
