The main campus with the central service centres and three of the five faculties is located in Bozen-Bolzano. Some courses and many practical activities take place in the modern laboratories of the NOI Techpark, where the Faculty of Engineering has moved in 2024. The Brixen-Bressanone campus is home to the Faculty of Education, while the Master in Tourism Management is based at the Bruneck-Brunico campus, where lectures take place between the main building in the city centre and the NOI Techpark Bruneck-Brunico.
