Enhancing the sustainability of the production methods and of the quality of fruit crops, particularly grapevine, throughout a more efficient use of water and nutrients resources and with an optimization of the cultivation techniques. The researches foreseen the use of micrometeorological and ecophysiological methodologies, including the use of the stable isotope techniques.
