Short bio
Serena Lonardi is an Assitant Professor in Tourism Management and Marketing. She graduated in Language mediation for tourism and culture (LM-49) from the University of Trento and got a PhD in Management from the University of Innsbruck (Austria). Before joining unibz, she worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Verona.

Serena’s research interests are in the areas of sustainable tourism, tourism marketing, socio-cultural sustainability in tourism, inner areas and minority languages in tourism. Lately, she has been focusing on understanding sustainable tourists’ online discourses and online behavior in-depth through netnography.
