Short bio
Luca Menicacci is an Assistant Professor of Accounting. He holds a BSc. and an MSc. in Accounting from the University of Florence and a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pisa. Before joining the Faculty, he served as an external lecturer in International Accounting at the University of Florence. He has been an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty, teaching financial accounting courses, both at Bozen and Bruneck campuses. His research interests include corporate taxation, tax avoidance, accounting quality, and book-tax conformity. He published in the Sustainability Accounting Management and Policy Journal, Finance Research Letters, Financial Reporting, the Business and Accounting Studies AIDEA series, and several professional journals. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a professional accountant and auditor.
