ProSOUNDS is a series of events that aim at providing theoretical knowledge and practical activities for students on four main topics: (a) Audio signal processing, (b) Acoustics, (c) Speech processing and (d) Applications on the Internet of Sounds (IoS).
Three seminars will be taught in unibz, at NOI Techpark, including a basic introduction to audio signal processing, sound physics and acoustics, and speech processing. The second event will also include the talk of Dr. Marco Olivieri, Audio System Design Specialist at Ferrari S.p.A. The students will attend the fourth seminar at UNITN, which will include an introduction to the IoS field and its practical applications. While the mornings will be dedicated to frontal lectures, the afternoons will consist of practical experiences to apply the acquired knowledge in real use cases.
