A mindfulness course structured in five sessions, each lasting two hours. To introduce students to mindfulness practices, helping them develop stress management skills, improve concentration, and enhance overall well-being. The sessions will include guided meditation, breathing exercises, mindful movement, and discussions on integrating mindfulness into daily life. The course will be led by Thomas Bernagozzi, an experienced mindfulness instructor and psychologist and will provide students with practical tools for managing stress and improving focus.
