Many students and graduates aspire to an internship or career in the context of the European Union or international careers. However, it is not always easy to find one’s way around and find the right path to one’s goal.

Alba Troisi, Senior Supervisor at the European Central Bank (single Supervisory Mechanism).

"I joined the ECB in 2014 at the very start of the European Banking Supervision. Before I worked for 5 years at Banca d'Italia, Bolzano branch, in banking supervision.
I see in my job two main challenges: performing an effective and efficient supervision of institutions which constantly change and adapt in a constantly changing economic and regulatory environment, and doing it in a very international context. Needless to say, these two are also the most interesting aspects of it!"
