Tristan Post is the CEO and founder of the AI Strategy Institute, lecturer for AI at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Faculty member for AI/GenAI at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and LinkedIn learning instructor for AI. Tristan has built one of Europe’s largest AI startup incubators and has extensive experience in AI strategy, consulting, and education. His talk will focus on the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its mechanics, value generation, and AI use cases for implementation.

Programme:

  • Alumni Talk: Managing AI with Tristan Post (40 minutes)

      Explanation of the fundamentals of AI, its learning mechanisms, and how it contrasts with traditional programming approaches.

      Insights into how AI can create business value by optimizing processes, predicting outcomes, and enabling innovation.

      Overview of the AI value chain, from data collection and model development to operationalization and scaling.
    • AI use cases
      What is an AI use case, and how do organizations identify them?
  • Q&A Session with audience (10 minutes)
    • Interactive discussion to address questions from students and alumni.
