Short bio
Serena Volo is Tenured Associate Professor of Marketing. She has an undergraduate in Economics, an MBA (Isida), and a PhD in Tourism Marketing from the University of Palermo, Italy. During her PhD studies she spent one year at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. Prior joining
unibz in 2008, she worked and lived in France, USA, UK, Ireland and Switzerland. She was also a Fulbright Research Scholar at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management - Dick Pope Sr. Institute for Tourism Studies at the University of Central Florida, Orlando (USA). She is Editor-in-Chief of the Emerald international peer-reviewed journal
