Getting startedUpon enrolment you will receive your
user account and your
Student card from the Student secretariat.
Your
personal account enables you to:
- access to your mailbox
- enrol for exams (which occurs on line)
- visualize passed exams and access your electronic study book
- compile your on line study plan (active for selected courses only)
- modify personal data
- subscribe to the SMS service (exam date changes, loan deadlines…)

The
Student card is your student ID card. You can use it to pay at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (in the canteen, in the library, at the vending machines selling snacks and drinks, at the photocopiers etc.). The card can be topped up at the recharging machines situated on the ground floor. The Student card is a personal document. You are not allowed to give it to any other person. In the event it gets stolen or lost, you must inform the Student secretariat and apply for a replacement which costs 20 Euro.
Enrolment and exam certifications can be printed out by yourself from the terminals (E-Points). The E-Points in Bozen-Bolzano are located on the first floor beside the Student secretariat, those in Brixen-Bressanone on the second floor in the students' room and those in Bruneck-Brunico on the ground floor. You need your Student card, your username and your password in order to print them out.
Optional courses (study plan): As soon as the optional courses can be chosen, you will receive an e-mail from the relevant Secretariat.
