Successful Job Applications 
The course is geared to students and graduates of the Free University of Bolzano. It aims to foster the participants’ competences and skills for preparing and applying for jobs, and for successfully taking part in selection processes and interviews. The seminar is interactive, and will consist of theoretical contents, as well as practical exercises, simulations, and process mentoring.   

Expected outputs:

• Improved awareness of own goals and desired outcomes of job hunt
• Definition of own Road Map for a successful job applications
• Improved awareness of and ability to manage own emotional state
• Some tactics on successful applications and interview techniques
• Exercises in taking part in an interview  

 

 

Content

• Understanding the fundamentals of successful job hunting - The role of attitude, focus and awareness
• Defining goals, skills, strengths and weaknesses       
• Preparing an application  - The importance of intelligence work
• The impact of language in phrasing an application
• Managing your emotional state during the selection process
• Taking part in an interview
• Job application in different countries

 

 

Trainer

Dott.ssa Cristina Donadio  
Trainer and NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, with a Degree in International Political Science, and extensive and sound experience in strategic consulting at international level.

The language of the seminar is English.

The seminar will take place on May 9th and 10th  from 2 pm  to 6 pm.

Fee
The fee for this workshop is EUR 15,00 per person. In case of no show your registration fee cannot be refunded.(however, substitutions are welcome but only if students and graduates of the Free University of Bolzano)
