How to enrol on PhD courses
Have you got a study place? To see the results of the selection procedure, check the
RANK LIST
published by the faculties.
If you have gained a study place, you have to complete enrolment for your PhD programme by
16 December 2011 (12.00 midday)
.
How to enrol
You must complete the “
enrolment application form
” and send it to the Student Secretariat by
16 December 2011
. The form can be sent by post or delivered in person. If sent by post, it must arrive before the deadline (the post mark will not be taken into consideration). The postal address of the Student Secretariat and its opening hours can be found on the form. You must attach the following documents to the enrolment application form:
a passport-sized colour photograph
a photocopy of your valid identity card or passport (back and front)
receipt of payment for the provincial study tax and the duty stamp, which should be paid through a postal or bank order (further information can be found on page 4 of the enrolment application form)
only for students who have a foreign qualification the original
declaration of value
(link) of the academic qualification, issued by the Italian consular officials abroad; original or an official copy of the degree certificate; original of the official translation into Italian. If the foreign qualification has already been recognised in Italy, you just have to attach a copy of the recognition certificate.
only for non-EU citizens
: copy of a valid permit to stay (this can also be produced after enrolment has taken place). Enrolment will remain conditional until a copy of a valid permit to stay has been produced.
IMPORTANT: In addition to registration, students must obtain a series of documents, some of which need to be acquired in the country of origin before arriving in Bolzano: for example, the declaration of value of your academic qualification(s), health cover for EU or non-EU citizens or a visa for non-EU citizens resident abroad.
