Provincial 5-year Plan for Research and Innovation

The Autonomous Province of South Tyrol, which recognises that research and innovation are two essential factors for the social and economic development of the local area, approved the Provincial 5-year Plan for Research and Innovation in September 2008.

This Plan aims to assess and build on the factors that are necessary for the economic development of our Province and at the same time, to create a local context that manages to integrate business, research and training.

This Plan is the document on which all the research and innovation strategies in South Tyrol are based.

The 5-year Plan was legally established by Provincial Law no. 14 of 13 December 2006.
