Course organisation and subjects offeredThe
Studium Generale course comprises six individual subjects, two of which, ethics and
languages, are core subjects for everyone.The other four subjects can be chosen by each participant from those offered, which are published on the University’s website. Each subject course comprises 30 hours of class time. The list of subjects available in 2011/2012, their contents, the language used for teaching and the timetable can be found

All these courses have a final exam, written or oral. Attendance is not compulsory. Classes are held in Bozen/Bolzano and Brixen/Bressanone on the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano’s premises.The subjects will only be offered if there are at least 15 enrolments for each individual subject.
