Erasmus Mundus Checklist (Incoming)   

Before leaving your country        
  • I have sent the pre-enrolment application form with a copy of my passport and 2 colour passport photos to the International Relations Office of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.        
  • I have received the Declaration of Equivalent Value from the Italian Embassy/Consulate in my home country.        
  • I have sent an e-mail to the International Relations Office of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, confirming my interest in accommodation in the facilities for university students.        
  • I have a study visa from my nearest Italian Embassy/Consulate.        
  • I have made a photocopy of every single page of my passport (including the empty pages)        
  • I have 5 identical and recent passport photos   

At the beginning of your stay in Bolzano        
  • I have confirmation that I have a place to live in Italy (certificate can be obtained from the hostel or landlord).        
  • I have an enrolment certificate (issued by the student secretariat).        
  • I have bought a revenue stamp of € 14.62 in Italy.        
  • I have enrolled as a student at the Student Secretariat.
