Selection procedure
The selection procedure consists in the evaluation of a dossier by an application committee. This dossier must be sent by every student together with their pre-enrolment form.
The results of this selection procedure will be published as rank lists for enrolment: one for EU citizens and one for non-EU citizens.The rank lists will be published on the notice boards of the Faculty and of the Student Secretariat, as well as on the web pages of the University.
Rank list first session
The results of the first session will be published on
April 30th, 2010.
Those candidates who have been admitted through the rank lists will have to pay the first instalment of university fees (€ 575) and deliver the receipt to the Student Secretariat by no later than June 30st, 2010. The instructions for the payment can be found
here. Once this receipt has been received, candidates are guaranteed a place on the course.
Those who do not pay, or who do not deliver the receipt to the Student Secretariat by the deadline, will automatically lose their place and there will be a period where candidates on the waiting list will be able to enrol.
Candidates will then be able to enrol on the BSc course in Applied Computer Science by presenting their application by
October 29th, 2010 (see section entitled “Enrolment”). Once the university fees have been paid, there will be no refund unless the candidate does not pass his/her secondary-school leaving exam.
Rank list second session
The results of the second session will be published on
September 10th, 2010.
The candidates who have been admitted through the rank lists will be able to enrol on the BSc course in Applied Computer Science by presenting their application by October 29th, 2010.
