Documentation for the installation of email accounts
The Free University of Bolzano makes it possible for the members of the scientific network to access the personal mailbox also from outside of the university campus. Below you can find the documentation for the installation of an email account on your preferred system.
Overview of mail server information
Protocol: POP3
Incoming Mailserver (POP/IMAP): webmail.unibz.it
Port: 995 with SSL
Outgoing Mailserver (SMTP): webmail.unibz.it
Port: 587 with SSL (TLS)
Protocol: IMAP4
Incoming Mailserver (POP/IMAP): webmail.unibz.it
Port: 993 with SSL
Outgoing Mailserver (SMTP): webmail.unibz.it
