Walk-In If you need support for your study notebook just come along! Walk-in support is available, on demand by ticket, 8:00AM – 6:00PM Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 8:00AM – 12:00AM.

The department ICT is located in Sernesistraße 1 (SER-A) at the 5th floor in Bozen - Bolzano and in Bahnhofstraße at the last floor in Brixen - Bressanone. In Bruneck – Brunico we offer periodical support sessions, which will be announced in time.
