Study PlanThe course lasts three years and students must choose the major they wish to follow at the time of pre-enrolment. Until the end of the first year, students may choose to change the major
(form of application) (103 KB). There is a two-year core period and a third year that offers specialized courses in the area chosen by the student. Lessons are held in Italian, German and English. In order to sit the subject exams, students must be able to certify their knowledge of the language in which the exam is held.
Admission procedures
Candidates must possess a diploma from a five-year high school course or a diploma of a four-year high school course with a certificate attesting that they have successfuly completed a one-year complementary course. Admission to the course is dependent on certification of at least two of the three languages and passing the admission test that assesses candidates' general knowledge.
Selection procedure
Admission to the course is dependent on presenting a certificate or passing the Language Assessment Test at the Language Centre in at least two of the three languages and passing the admission test (an interview) that assesses the candidate’s general suitability for the course, and particularly his/her knowledge of the history of scientific thought, social science and public institutions.The interview will take place in one of the three teaching languages of the course, which can be chosen by the candidate, and will consist of a discussion concerning a social issue or current affairs.
