Where can reserved items be collected? In case of the material being marked as available (status available in the online catalogue) the book can be directly fetched from the shelf by the user.

In case of the material being borrowed or available at another site the item can be collected at the circulation desk during the normal opening hours of the library, i.e. not during self-service hours (see opening hours).
